What is being a trustee for BLC like?

"Being a trustee for BLC has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It allows me to continue supporting local communities and the charity,  even when weekly volunteering became challenging. I’ve gained valuable insights into how charities operate, secure funding for various projects, and support our leaders. The regular meetings and the supportive nature of the Board and CEO have been invaluable. Whenever I have questions or need clarification, everyone is always willing to help. Joining the Board is a fantastic way to make a meaningful impact on Better Leeds Communities and the local families we serve."
